What is Zyrexin?
An herbal supplement that claims it can solve ED in just an hour with only a two-pill dose, Zyrexin claims the secret to their success is the Butea Superba that is included in the formula, that has a “unique molecular” structure allowing it to be the lynchpin of your bedroom power surge.
How Does Zyrexin Work?
By using the “unique molecular structure” of Butea Superba Zyrexin claims that it can cure the user’s erectile dysfunction, eventually on an ongoing basis, just by using the power of this one ingredient.
The rest of the ingredients are all geared toward boosting the male libido, helping encourage the production of testosterone, and giving a burst of energy that can help bedroom stamina and recovery.
What Are Zyrexin’s Ingredients?
Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa Extract
Also called the sexy pavement lichen, or the sexy footpath lichen, Xanthoparmelia Scabrosais an organism that is made up of both fungus and algae living together in symbiosis.
Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa is used to make medicines that are used to treat both erectile dysfunctions, but also as a general libido and sex drive booster, and as a treatment against cancer.
It is a common herb in sexual enhancement supplement formulas, and it has even been the subject of some scrutiny because some supplements that included Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa were also found to have illegally included tadalafil in their formulations. (Source)
Yohimbe Extract
Yohimbe is an evergreen tree that is native to Nigeria, Cameroon, the Congo, and Gabon, and its bark contains special alkaloids that are useful in traditional medicine.
It is known to have some incredibly significant potential side effects, but it has been used for generations in Africa to treat coughs, fever, leprosy, and of course sexual dysfunctions.
Yohimbe may also be useful in the fight against obesity and may be able to help increase lipolysis.
Despite being known for being a powerful libido booster, the scholarly scientific evidence is sorely lacking. (Source)
Ginkgo Extract
Also called maidenhair, this ancient plant sometimes referred to as a living fossil has been used for many, many years in traditional Chinese medicine for the large number of healthy effects it provides.
Not only does ginkgo biloba provide plentiful antioxidants, but it also helps nerve cells function more efficiently by boosting the flow of blood between both the brain and the central nervous system.
It has noted protective effects on the heart and general heart health, as well as brain health and even stroke prevention.
This massive increase in blood flow also benefits the power and quality of erections, fighting many issues in the bedroom.
If the barriers to sexual performance tend to be more psychological in nature, ginkgo biloba can act as a general anxiety reducer. (Source)
Velvet Bean Extract
Velvet bean is the common name for macuna puriens, which is an aphrodisiac with a long history of use.
It has been used for many years to boost the libido and sex drive in both men and women because it causes such a large surge of dopamine. (Source)
Butea Superba Extract
Butea Superba is a Thai herb that has a long history of use in traditional Thai medicine.
The roots of Butea Superba have been shown to have antioxidant rich compounds called flavonoids, which provide a number of health benefits when taken in supplement dosages.
There have been a number of studies that have illustrated the potential for Butea Superba to be helpful in the treatment of erectile dysfunction, in particular by boosting circulation.
ED studies have shown that more than three quarters of men who take a supplement of Butea Superba show significant improvement in their erectile issues.
Butea Superba is also known to boost sex drive overall and has been used as a natural aphrodisiac for quite some time, even despite the lack of medical evidence backing up this anecdotal evidence. (Source)
Cnidium Monnieri
Cnidium has been used in its native China for generations to treat many aspects of sexual health.
Preparations of Cnidium can boost the sexual performance of the user, their general sex drive, help reverse erectile dysfunction, and even some skin conditions. (Source)
Epimedium Sagittatum
Horny Goat Weed, also known scientifically as Epimedium Sagittatum, has a long and storied history of helping a wide variety of sexual problems, in both men and women which is uncommon.
Among the issues that Horny Goat Weed is purported to help with, are erectile dysfunction, fatigue, premature ejaculation, lack of stamina, and many more.
One of the ways that it does this is by boosting the flow of blood to the important extremities and improving general sexual health, function, and performance. (Source)
L-Arginine
L-Arginine is an amino acid that is not produced by the body naturally, it must be ingested in the diet.
L-Arginine is responsible for significant increases in hormone levels, notably in the aging population, and it’s also been shown to help extend stamina for high-intensity workouts, both in and out of the bedroom.
L-Arginine helps boost the body’s fat-burning and holds a key role in building lean muscle tissue, boosts the immune system, and even pumps up fertility in males.
L-Arginine is a crucial component for helping raise the levels of nitric oxide in the blood, which helps dilate and expand blood vessels boosting the flow of blood to the entire body, but especially problem areas.
Supplements containing the right amounts of L-Arginine and vital synergizing components can help metabolize the L-Arginine into nitric oxide, which can result in harder, bigger erections, as well as the mitigation of some forms of sexual and erectile dysfunction. (Source)
Do These Ingredients Have Any Side-Effects?
There is some evidence that Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa may contain chemical compounds that are unsafe, and cause healthy body cells to die prematurely.
Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa may also contain unacceptably high levels of heavy metals, such as lead, zinc, and copper.
Yohimbe is known to cause a wide array of potentially adverse effects, ranging from nausea, insomnia, anxiety, and dizziness, to elevated heart rate, elevated blood pressure, paralysis, hallucinations, problems with the liver, kidney, and heart, and even death.
While the other ingredients are claimed to be safe when taken as part of the health supplement, there are warning that persons under the age of 18 should not begin taking Zyrexin, nor those prone to high blood pressure, kidney, liver, heart, or thyroid disease, seizure, or any psychiatric condition.
Does Zyrexin Really Work?
While Zyrexin is claimed to be an incredibly effective male sexual enhancement supplement, the results that were expected simply weren’t seen during the test.
While the directions for use were followed and two tablets were taken daily, for more than two bottles worth of doses, there was no noticeable or meaningful increase in sex drive, stamina, or libido.
Looking back to before the supplement was taken, hopes for results did not seem unreasonably high, but some results were certainly expected.
That’s where Zyrexin is the most disappointing, really, the fact that there were no results was probably the thing that stung the most.
Sure, there was a bit of extra energy, but nothing that couldn’t be obtained from few cups of coffee.
How to Use Zyrexin
This is the simple part, just take two tablets.
The downside is that there are only ten tablets in a container, so you only get 5 doses for your money.
With dosages like that, you would expect it to work seamlessly ever
Where Can You Buy Zyrexin?
This is the best part of Zyrexin, in all honesty.
If you’re willing to throw your hard earned cabbage down for a bottle of this stuff, simply Googling it gives you about ten million places that carry it.
There is no exclusivity, it seems, they just pump out bottles and let literally anyone sell them.
Conclusion – Is it Worth Trying Zyrexin?
If you happen to be researching male sexual supplements and sexual performance enhancers, and you stumble across Zyrexin for a great deal, just keep on shopping.
There is nothing you get from Zyrexin that you won’t get from a few cups of coffee and a bit of foreplay.
On top of that, there are some ingredients in Zyrexin that are a bit questionable and may cause some not-inconsequential health issues.
Consider checking out a supplement called Vigrx Plus.
Not only does it work well, but it’s considered one of the best sexual enhancement supplements ever created.
