The College Placement Program at CHAD focuses primarily on the process of carefully matching an individual student with an appropriate college or university, where strong academic and financial support will be available.
This careful match results in the overall undergraduate success of CHAD graduates, as measured by (1) long term satisfaction with the college/university attended and (2), the very strong likelihood of graduation in four years. The process of matching an individual CHAD student with a particular college or university is at the very heart of CHAD’s College Placement Program.
In CHAD’s student-to-college match, the college/university must have well staffed social and academic support systems; scholarship and financial aid funds available over 4-years; and a very strong four year graduation rate of students with a profile like that of CHAD students.
On the student side, CHAD’s approach is to help each student choose appropriate, sensible and vital schools as part of the application pool, so that he/she will have a choice driven by what we call the Match Profile rather than by just getting accepted to a school.
This very careful matching and vetting process has resulted in CHAD students being able to afford to attend some of the best and most highly ranked colleges in the country, at a rate rarely achieved by a school of our size and economic and social demographic background.
